Telkom Consultant Bad Experience

I wanted to install Telkom Fibre at my home but failed due to my address not being found on the coverage. I was referred to a consultant by the name of Fikile Jwara whom I gave my address to assist me with the issue. The consultant only came back to me 5 days later as she had had a crisis. Someone recommended that I speak to one of her colleagues whom could assist of which she did not until date. I always have to initiate contact with this consultant with very horrible communication skills. She does not have the courtesy to show concern for clients. I don't know whether she even knows what she's doing, I've lost interest and I totally do not recommend her services to anyone, she is giving Telkom a bad reputation. I
