Telkom consultant are *******

Last year a black female consultant came to my house gates, she informed me that Telkom has R299 special was only for that specific day only. I informed her that I already have Zoom installed and before I can take a telkom fiber I would have find out . So I asked her to send me her information so I can let her know. Few days later I get a router. In January a consultant, Sylvester Francis called me and also informed me about me, I mentioned I never signed any deals with anyone but a black female came home and informed us about the deal, that's all. I was requested to send a copy of my signature. When they noticed it was not mine on the contract he then asked on email to send my address for collection . He also informed me that the entire Tongaat does not have fiber and it was a mistake that they sent the consultants. To date no one has picked up that router. However today we are harassed with inundated calls.. Calls one after the other or whilst you with one consultant another is phoning, if not one that phone on my other number. They have been harassing me and threatening me to pay for a service that has not been non existant in our town. They are not even wanting to hear that we have not signed any with Telkom. If telkom does not have fiber in my town, what money do they want? And who signed our contract? And when because we didn't.
