Telkom conning customers

I was called by mondo saleswoman for Telkom contract phone and router which sounded like a great deal they explained lots of things but they forgot to mention that if their debit order bounces they double the amount and they were doing it many times as want in that month I was paying +_ 300 at some point they kept on debiting until it was 1800 in one month and they will just take all of that money month without discussing it with me, when my contract ended someone called insisting that I continue with my contract because I was suppose to call before month end so I called them trying to understand but no explanation was given when I asked them why don't they mention this double debit when they are selling you their contact the person I spoke to hung up on me . I decided to block their debit from my account they kept quiet since last year and then l received a sms telling me that my account has been handed over to lawyers
