Telkom conned me to pay with lies

I found out that I had a default judgement against my name wen trying to buy a car. Found out it was telkom 4 an account that i had taKen for some1 and the person had not paid. But instead of notifying me telkom says they called the 081 no. But my no. With vodacom was listed on the system as a contact. I called in to telkom. They gave me banking details and i paid with the understanding it would take maybe 5 days 4 them to clear ITC. So i wait. I call a guy Shaun Smith at Telkom he asks me 4 the proof and all the info. I send it. I get told my acc is cleared. I see an email from Shaun to a guy named jaco strydom asking him to assist. Next thing i no a debt collector is calling asking me to settle telkom they were instructed 2 call me. Then i ask telkom wats going on Jaco tells me i should go thru the debt collectors for anything theres still fees outstanding. ITC said I owe 4300. Telkom said i owed 13800. Big difference. But i paid the 13800. But now theres more fees? Im to pay a debt collector never contacted me. Im paid a service provider who told me they don't have to tell me im in arrears. I paid wat i owed telkom now this guy jaco who seems bored with his life is trying to ****** more money even after what was agreed. I was *******lyput on itc. I couldve gone the dishonest route. Im emailing all the telkom executives today and im adding some news rooms to it. Including the ceo of vodacom and some mailing groups let's see how they like being in the spotlight
