Telkom connectivity issue

Afrihost is my provider however I still have the below problem

I have been having connectivity issues so mostly no internet for 5 days. I keep getting feedback that they are waiting for telkom from afrihost that they are my provider not telkom. This is for the fixed wireless. I work from home and this has affected my performance at work.
