Telkom connection problems

If I could give a zero review i would. I have been having a network problem for 3 months. When I get a call the person on the other line cannot hear me, yet when I call there is no problem. Yet when I call telkom to tell them this they keep telling me it will be corrected in 48 hours. It has been 3 MONTHS of ' in the next 48 hours'. Telkom is interested in correcting this problem. I have had the worst service from them
