****** telkom connection failure

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Telkom network. Today I was writing a 4hour online exam, and I missed submission time 1.30pm due to lack on network. Telkom deducts a hell of a lot of money from my account, but fails to deliver, especially when it's needed.

I might fail my Postgrad, all thanks to this network. Let's hope for your sake the University welcome's my plea to submit the online exam outside of submission time.

Iv never cried like this before :(. I'm definitely changing networks, and would advise everyone else to do so. Kinda impossible to work from home, and study using Telkom nxaaa
