Telkom Confused - Cellular Contract for Diplomatic Mission

We are a diplomatic mission and already have an account with Telkom for God knows how long, and have fixed line services, internet services, data services etc., from Telkom.

However, we recently requested Telkom for adding a cellular contract on the same account.

No one at Telkom has any idea how that will be done and how to process the case of Embassy/Diplomatic Mission.

And when someone was finally able to take down the Order from us on phone, Telkom put it as a regular business and then Telkom keeps on asking for business registration documents, which obviously being an Embassy/Diplomatic Mission we dont have. Telkom finally rejected the request on non-provision of business registration documents by us.

There must be someone in Telkom who knows how these cases are handled and how to add a cellular contract on the existing account of Embassy/Diplomatic Mission.

Regards.

I was just talking to Telkom Sales on 10213 and they have said that you have closed down the AI ********** that you gave in response to my posting my issue here.

Was this AI number only an eye wash ?

No action has been taken on the issue as yet and another month has been wasted by TELKOM.
