Telkom conducting ********** transcations!!!

Received an sms and mail that I have placed and online order. After spending more than an hour on the phone being transferred to 3 departments no one can help me. Listen carefully Telkom should you take one cent from me I will sue you!!!!! I have not app**** for anything!!! There is no order/ref number at all so how do I trace this?????? Below is the message I received... Dear Customer George Telkom SA appreciates your online order request. Please note that your order will only be issued once you have been contacted by our online sales team. We look forward to being of assistance.
