Telkom - con artists / *******

Tried to cancel my laptop contract at the end of its 24 month term - all email addresses returned my cancellation emails stating that the mailboxes were full and my email could not be delivered. Then I get told that the only thing the can do in the shop is to reduce my costs down to R10 per month as they cant cancel the contract. So just image they do that with everyone. That R10 per person can sum up to millions when multip**** by how many people they dont cancel the contract for but then continue to charge its customers R10 per month. furthermore, they lift your spend limits on the contracts when you renew - without your approval. So you can run up huge bills without knowing and they happily charge you. Try and get into the systems to reduce the spend limit - oh that doesnt work. I am trying to log a dispute that my spend limits were increased without my approval - they say the money has already been spent and they cant refund. Telkom - nothing but *******. I detest the way you do business. you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves.
