Telkom Compromised my privacy

<p>I am a prepaid user for telkom mobile, my number is currently blocked and I am unable to make or even get calls, when I call telkom to check what is the problem they telling me I called and asked for them to block my number.. why would I call and ask telkom to block my only number? What's worse I'm told technicians will only get back to me latest Monday </p>
