Telkom complicit in *****

I reported ********** accounts to Telkom 3 months ago, it has still not been resolved. Telkom draw hundreds of thousands of rands from my account. This should not be a difficult thing to resolve. I have no relationship with them, yet I am paying each month and Telkom is not resolving it. When contacted they refer to me as a person inconvenienced and sorry for the inconvenience, you committed a crime against me, you did not inconvienience me. I am taking legal action, and Telkom trough it’s representative will be cited in proceedings as the *********. Thank you for being complicit in ***** Telkom and for doing nothing.
