Telkom completely useless and insufficient. PATHETIC

Pathetic service. I've been waiting for over 7 weeks now. I've app**** for a fibre line. It's an upgrade yet they still need to re approve for me to have a contract. Which was already done. And then after 5 weeks I get approved and then after another 2 apparently technicians are waiting to fit. But no one can every get back to me. Ever. I've called them maybe 20times. Everyone at the rosebank mall store knows my name. And it's pathetic. I'm so frustrated. They are such a useless company.

I cant explain how useless and annoying and unhelpful they are.
