Telkom completely unreachable

I went to Telkom Greenacres on Monday 10 August 2015 and filled in forms for 2 contracts for the phones Sony m4 Aqua. They had no stock and said they will order the phones and I will get the phones with in the week (last week). Its now the 18th and I haven't heard anything back. I tried phoning them yesterday and was on hold for half an hour with no answer. I phoned again today and was on hold for an hour with no answer. I contacted other branches who then tells me its not they're department and gives me numbers to phone that just go straight to voicemail. I have decided I would like to cancel these contracts before I am stuck with this kind of pathetic service. I would rather go back to vodacom. Also it is utterly pathetic that Telkom closed down the branch in Uitenhage where it took me 15min to sort a problem out and leave this sad branch open, but I guess its nothing new, a company thats all about the money and have no issue *****ing they're customers over.
