Telkom complaints - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY - ***********

Telkom complaints - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY - *********** Mrs D Naidoo - ********** ********** Account number - ********** 72 On the 1st Nov 2017 I took a LTE contract and was told to phone in December 2017 to put a limit on my Lte contract. On the 4th December 2107 I phoned on my husbands cell number ********** 565 and capped it at R50. In December 2017 we were cut off when we received our monthly limit and this carried on in January 2018. In March 2018 we received a bill of an extra R550 for our wifi usage. Since March 2018 we have been lodging complaints and communicating with Telkom call centre and even to the Telkom store in Pietermaritzburg to lodge a complaint. Thus far all we get is threatening SMS to pay or be handed over to the attorneys for nonpayment and credit bureau listings. We receive emails saying case is closed with no explanation or phone call. This has been going on for a year now from March 2017 to date current. On Wednesday morning 13th March 2019 our account was suspended as we did not pay the disputed amount which has now escalated to R850.00 due to authourized debit orders and reversal fees which we were billed for. we called the call centre on Wednesday 13th March 2019 as our services were suspended due to non payment of the R850.00 only and the call centre consultant with his team leader heard our recording on the 4th December 2017 where a cap was put on. What we cannot understand that we as customers did comply with Terms and conditions setup by Telkom and they keep saying we liable for usage ... so what is the use of putting a cap when we going to be bl**** anyway. There was no communication via me or telkom stating that we are being billed for overuse of data. Why that particular month cap was unlocked... and by who.... Please assist us as we have reached our limit with Telkom incompentency and lack of service delivery to their customers.
