Telkom Complaint/Enquiry

There is a Telkom unit (looks like a huge transformer) on the corner of Dann Road & Monument Road in Glen Marais, Kempton Park and it is fenced in a palisade fence. I have been living there for over 10 years and this palisade fence is rusted and has never been maintained and repainted. The vendors selling goods on the corner through ******* into the fenced area and the grass is long and unkept.

I live in the townhouses on that corner and it is a busy intersection and everyone comments on this disgusting corner, I am now on a mission to get this cleaned up and painted. Who do I contact at Telkom with regard to this maintenance that is needed. Lauren
