Telkom complaint still open after 5 months!

<p>I was interested in a data package at Telkom for my child, instead of the small portable device they have sent me a router for a home. I have logged a Complaint and had to follow up with them numerous times. I have never used their device nor their service and are struggeling for months to sort this out without any success. They do not come back to me. They do deduct money from my account and I need to reverse it every time. This is not service at all Telkom! Get your house in order and cancel me on your systems, I do not want to do Business with people that operate like this. A Big no for Telkom!!! - IE Verwey</p>
