TELKOM COMPLAINT !!!

TELKOM COMPLAINT Telkom is useless ! I have been with them since 2014. Last year I upgraded and got an Honor phone + tablet which were awful so in accordance with the CPA I returned them the very next day. Telkom debited me R7k and converted my contract to pay as you go without my prior knowledge & consent. Since which I have zero signal in malls. Two Mondays ago I finally took out a new contract with a Samsung A37 but Telkom failed to provide my contact details to SkyNet Courier so they could not get hold of me. I after much trouble only managed to get hold of them on the Friday where they explained that they always have this issue with Telkom only and no other networks, where Telkom completely forgets to include the clients contact details. My phone was finally delivered this last Monday 8 days after I took out the contract and I have zero signal and my contract has not loaded. I have phoned Telkom myself three times today, been told the same thing - which I have done each time ie top up etc and still nothing.
