Telkom complaint

I had a cell phone contract with Telkom—I managed to pay it off. Now I am only left with the insurance as well as the data and airtime that they provide to me. I am currently paying 500+. However, this is not the issue; the issue is that Telkom failed to deduct money on the agreed date last month—then at the beginning of Feb, I got a message from them stating that I need to pay R1300, and if that is not happening, they will take me to court.
