Telkom complaint

Long story short. Telkom mobile gave me false information about a contract. I notice that im paying way to much for telkom so i started looking into it finding out im paying for an extra contract where i was told its not a stand alone contract. I spoke to telkom they said i can cancel the contract and they will do investigation. Its 2 months if not more that im still waiting for any respons i call them every week to follow but ever time its the same thing theres no respons yet they will log a request for feed back but nothing getting sick off this an i just need to keep on paying every month for nothing i don't even use the contract. And if you ask is there someone else i can call they say no sorry
