Telkom complaint.

I bought a P30 last year September/October, I asked for the phone to be insured. I called telkom and finrite to make a claim on the 03/08/2020. Finrite said the the policy was canceled and they can't tell me why and asked Me to call telkom.

I called telkom and they told me my policy has been canceled. They can't tell me by who or why.

While on the phone with telkom the consultant mentioned only one phone is insured and the P30 isn't insured. I checked my policy schedule and I phone was reported as ****** was listed instead of my P30.

Telkom and Finrite are not taking any responsibility or accountability to the issue. No one help me with my claim. I'm very disappointed with the level of service.
