Telkom Complaint

Telkom has over 31 000 people on Facebook complaining about your terrible service and nothing ever gets done.

My outstanding issue:

Why doesn't Telkom pay back the debit orders money you keep deducting from us after we cancelled our contracts? TELKOM still owes me R441.01 since 2018 reference number ***7. Account number ***, contract mobile number ***. I am one of many clients who you owe money to. You don't respond to emails or calls, your Karabo bot on messenger is unable to solve anything. Still waiting to be contacted. I guess we can't complain about your service, rather the lack thereof. Shocking service and still waiting to be contacted and get my refund. Telkom are ******* and have ****** money from every person I know, your a disgrace. I suggest you address your issues asap and pay us back our money.
