Telkom Complaint

I took up a sim only contract for 40gb day and 40gb night on the 1st of December but they only gave me 20gb. The call centre could not help me and sent me to the store. The store also didn’t know what’s wrong, they told me they loaded a request and I will get the rest of the data by the 8th of December but still nothing. I want the rest of my data!
