Re: Disconnection of Telkom line Lighthouse Ministries - ********** 60001 Out of desperation I write this maybe this will help solving my problem. Notice were given to Telkom on the 16th October 2018. Signed V160608 form accompanied of copy of ID and formal letter on Lighthouse Ministries Letterhed were forwarded to ********** Acknowledment were received on the 17th October 2018. They then requested the internet host to be cancelled with we did and prove of cancellation forwarded to them on the 5th December 2019. All accounts to Telkom has been paid till the end of January 2019. Still receiving account is twice went to Telkom Carnival Mall as i since moved to Benoni. Was assisted by Rasheda and then Zandile . But till today the 26th of March 2019 i still receive monthly accounts and matter not solved yet.
