Telkom complaint

Hello, I just want to report this useless company called Telkom. I ve been looking to cancel my contract for months now and they send me from pillar to post, no one seems to be willing to help me to cancel the contract and worse of all I get charged R399 subscription fee every month and when am not paying they took me to lawyers because every month they charge me this fee but they don’t want to cancel this contract that has long expired. Am frustrated and hopeless. Please help
