We received notification that our line would be installed on the 28/04/2015, thus we were not expecting anyone on the day they came to install the line.<br> When the gentlemen got to our gate they were peering into our courtyard, this was alarming for girls to witness as we are security conscious. When approached the men said that they were here to install \the line""; neither did they present any documentation showing an order number. <br> I am very upset with the manner we were treated and with safety being such an issue;there should be protocol to follow."""
