Telkom Complaint

I am Hendriekus Venter. I have 4 contracts with Telkom. I was in arears, Telkom debit my account eleven days ago for half of the amount. I payed more than other half 5 days ago. Telkom just refuse to connect my service. Every time I phone they have excuses. I lose clients and is paying for no service. Please help to solve this problem. I jave many other complains about Telkom but if you can just solve this one first. Thank you *** nr. Of one of the contracts.
