Telkom complain

Worst service and the most *********** staff. They said I'm owing the Emergency Top Up which I never took. Further more they took double the amount when I purchased data from them. The call centre agents did not have a clue on how to resolve my issues. Their Whatsapp support doesn't help at all. Worst ISP ever
