Telkom complain

Hi ,I *****ed by Telkom they used my information to other people without my consent.on the 17september 2023 they used my two contract numbers that was about to expire ,and upgraded them with 2 iphone pro max which I never received or signed for I opened the case at the branch In Durban on the 4th October they did not give me a case number ,once again I called their customer service and opened the case ,my case number is ***3. now I'm paying R2.655,14 to Telkom this month of October 2023 .I tried to reverse the money from the bank which will also make me a bad payer ,but the bank couldn't reverse ,so this month I'm in debt I couldn't pay for other things including my own groceries. I need my money urgently
