Telkom complain

Telkom has suspended me for the second time now yet i have paid my account on the 25th of july, its affecting my credit score and they just tell me there is nothing they can do about that, guys i am literally crying because how is it my fault that my payments only reflects after 7days, its affecting me guys really, i am not happy at all😥😥.

I just dont know how to take this matter further but i am sick and tired of telkom right now😠
