Telkom complain

It's been 3 months since Telkom took my phone for repair and I've been waiting since than and I've been calling and sending emails and I've being promised that my phone will sorted within 7-14 working day bt nothing still Hawaii Y9 even when I call them they will always gonna tell me that they will call back even that it doesn't happen. If someone can assist will appreciate it
