Telkom complain
December I upgrade my mobile. Add on internet bundle for amount R990.70 was wrongfully added. I phone and report it (case nr ***4). They promise it will be credited. On next statement R409.17 was credited. I Phone and report (case nr ***7). Since then I phoned every week with no results. Telkom send SMS to me stating that I'm in breach of contract. I pay every month deducting the amount for the add on internet.
