Telkom - Company from hell!

I've been trying for 3 months to cancel a fixed land line. Everyone you talk to just say you have to speak to another department. You get shoved to the next person and the next and the next. They refuse to let you speak to a manager or supervisor. Everyone promises an advisor will call you back, but that has never happened. I eventually posted on Reddit. Someone rep**** and contacted Anastacia Steyn, the Regional Manager. She promised someone would follow up. Someone did phone me and all they asked was my email address, promising to email me required documents. That email never came. The person phoned from a non telkom company. They even outsource the people to give you the run-around. The system is designed to NEVER let you speak to anyone that can help. I went into a store and they refused to help, stuffing papers in my hand to cancel online. The website doesn't work. When I tell them that they tell me to log a fault with technical. Technical says the website isn't their problem, they only log line faults. I have contacted 10210, 10217, ********** ********** ********** ********** Online Chat, the person on the other side of the twitter account, the person on the other side of the facebook account. No one cares or follows through with their promises. Meanwhile I still get billed! If I dont pay I'll probably get blacklisted! I logged a complaint with ICASA, they say it's out of their jurisdiction. I've logged a complaint with the consumer commission, no response. How can a company be allowed to bully its customers like this?
