Telkom communication

Ever since lockdown I have tried to get into contact with Telkom regarding my options on payment. Due to lockdown the company I worked for closed its doors and I no longer have an income. I have sent emails to different Telkom email accounts, called the helpline but I never reach a consultant. I need urgent help.
