Telkom committing *****

The following account was opened by Telkom on my name without my approval.

This account was not opened by me, Telkom is sending me sms’s each month to pay on an account that I did not open, I spoke to them a few times explaining to them. I received a REF number for the one phone call. REF ***6

There has been no traffic on this account up or down since it was opened.

I already have a Telkom account *** that gets paid each month

I had my original account for +- 10 months when Telkom opened the ********** account.

If this is not sorted out and I am placed on a blacklist because Telkom is committing ***** then I will take the following steps

Take you to court for the following:

Defamation Compensation for loss of money, working hours, calls made

I spoke to Telkom just now they said " you need to go to the police station and report a crime of *****" how the hell is that going to help me!!!!!
