Telkom commits ***** and keeps *****ing money from my account

Telkom continues to send me invoices and debit my account even though I cancelled my contract in January 2018. It is now August and they continue to take money that is not theirs. Never enter into any business dealings with Telkom. Their service is pathetic and no matter how many times I call they do not cancel my contract.
