telkom comitting fruad

12 months a go I signed up on a month-to-month fiber deal for R699pm from a field agent named Katlego in the murrayfield Pretoria area issue nr one I got ADSL because the agent told me there is fiber which there were not then 5 months ago I got migrated to fiber and now I pay more, since I discovered about 6 months ago that I am on a contract I tried numerous times to fix this but no one can help me, I paid a deposit of R700 at centurion store which was said to me that its because of a low ITC score, now here comes the best part I am with Telkom now for total of 12 months 5 months ago when the fiber started they basically gave me a new contract without my consent now I have 2 contracts one which is 5 months of 24 months and the other 12 of 24, this is *****, where did I ever signed up for a contract, I made myself clear every time I spoke to a sales agent that I need to be on month to month not contract, I want this to be fixed and then I want to get my deposit back and also my service to be terminated without any penalties, this is straight up ***** and I am forced into a agreement without my knowledge, I expect someone to call me asap my number is ********** , the nly person who ever gave me good service is a gentleman named Themba and a lady today names nompumelelo gasa, Telkom needs more of these individuals, but I am still expecting a response, thank you
