Telkom come pick up your router!!!

Telkom is the worst service provider I've ever had to use. Their consultants sales progress department is filled with consultants who have attitude. I have waited a week, calling daily requesting for my sale order to be closed so that my router can be activated by technicians department, a week later this is still not done and to make matters worse, they have now suspended my account... How on q new account that hasn't been billed? Your follow up daily and they don't even follow up if you are happy with the product they just sold you, let alone attend to all logged queries, instead when you call, all you get is excuses..
