Telkom collects for NO SERVICE
My phone has been out of order since the 6th July 2015. Reported same day. 4 WEEKS TODAY!! Problem has supposedly been escalated on numerous times. STILL NO SERVICE. Excuses provided: SHORTAGE OF VEHICLES AND THEN NO LADDERS. And wait for this \The line has been repaired". Every time the problem has been escalated an undertaken was given to provide me with feedback. Needless to say NO FEEDBACK!! NEOTEL HERE WE COME!!!"""
