Telkom collections team have not contacted me

<p>I was in errors of R1200 some odd and my account was debited this morning for 2000. Then an agent tells me I need to pay R2600 to regain my services. What the heck is going on with you ****** people? Do you even know what you are doing as an accounts department?????? </p>
