Telkom Collections Department

Telkom collections department do not abide by their own cellular contracts and choose only to quote/apply terms and conditions that suit their argument. They are not open to viewing any reasonable claim, explanation and refuse to credit any incorrect debit collected via debit order. They quote Section 14 of CPA but only certain parts of this clause and refuse to accept that Section 14 also has stipulations applying to Telkom which have been ignored. They hide behind their standard terms and conditions and have no respect for individual contractual details as applicable. In my opinion if terms and conditions as signed for on the section of the application form are ignored and debits collected not in accordance with these ordered accepted and delivered products then such collection constitute ********** activity on their part.
