Please get whatever collections company that’s harassing me to stop I settled my outstanding balance with you and owe you nothing, even your statements indicate a R0 owing balance. Get this sorted and clear my name

I settled this balance a long time ago and even your statements state that I owe you R0.00 why is vericred or whatever harrassing me for a Telkom debt? Get them off my back, sort this out and clear my name before I take this to social media! Clearly you and vericred or whatever wanna milk money out of me when I settled your balance also where is the paid up letter I requested when closing this account? ***
