TELKOM COLLECTIONS

I urgently require the contact details of Telkom's legal / collections department regarding a dispute in a contract that was not opted for and now if effecting my credit score negatively. No reply from them and the collections firm handed the matter back to Telkom as they could not provide the contact or voice recording confirming the contract / debt.
