Telkom Collection for 12c

Telkom has placed my account in arrears for 12c and will not write it off.

So they expect me to spend resources in excess of 12c to go settle a 12c bill. Their app also doesn't allow me to log in and pay said 12c. So now my ability to get a contract sim card has been stipped. For 12c!
