Telkom closes my refund request without paying back the money - 9 months later.

My question is: when exactly are you going to refund my money?

Every single ticket logged has been closed without any resolution. I have been querying this and supplying letters and proof banking details every month.

You even called to entertain a new VOIP deal and when I agreed to signup seeing I was never going t get my money back, you request more money from me for a deposit. When I tell you that you are holding on to my money, you are no longer interested in assisting me.

I don't want anything from you. I just want to be refunded.
