Telkom closes fault reference scrupoulously

<p>I logged a fault with Telkom on 28 November 2016 regarding my adsl line , despite numerous attempts at calling them as well as trackig the fault. They have not made any attempt. They have ************ly closed the call reference without solving the fault. This is absolutely pathetic service. Calling 10210 or emailing them does not help.</p>
