Telkom Closer 25% Discount

I have had a Telkom Closer 25% discount on my account however for no reason it was cancelled. I cannot get through to the Call center and when I do, i wait almost 45 minutes to an hour before being sent from pillar to post with every agent giving a different story.

Can someone from management please call me otherwise I will cancel my Telkom line
