telkom closed my mobile modem number without telling me

<p>I have a telkom mobile modem. Today I wanted to recharge it. I could not. I phoned telkom and was told that because i had not used the modem FOR ONE MONTH they closed it and they could not help me. I have had this mobile modem for years with no trouble at all. This is grossly unfair</p>
