Telkom closed account but handed over

To whom it may concern, My parents are elderly and tried to cancel the Telkom line.

They were told to pay an amount of R700 I might have the amount incorrect.

They were handed over to Nudebt and ATTORNEYS / ***/ BLIGNAULT RMJ /37B043902. How can the account be handed over if the amount due was settled. Myself and my brother in law went numerous times to Telkom store and no one could assist us.

According to us is there no monies that my parents owe Telkom.

Can someone please help me, the contingency of attorney letters is extremely stressful to my parents.
