**** telkom, close down!

Do not go with telkom if you want to keep a good credit record. ******** and *******. I’ve paid up a two year contract, made sure I got a paid up letter from them and now two months later I get an email from a different collections company stating I owe telkom again for the same thing! Now they want me to send in all the documents to prove I don’t owe them. Like government telkom does not have their **** together. They don’t know how to keep records, they have no clue what good customer service is. They pass the buck on everything but is quick to overpromise ****ty deals. I want nothing to do with this *********** business. You got the money out of me and then you sell the account to another collection agency to harass me for more. If you do your jobs properly you wouldn’t put customers through this ****. My time and money gets wasted because now I must prove I don’t owe you **** even though I already did this months ago. **** you telkom I hope your business closes down, I’m so over the **** service we get in this ****n country. Disgusting.
